Our History

We were formed as Jerry Marshall Associates in 1987, and incorporated as Marketing Strategy and Action in 2000. Since inception we have worked with over 100 clients across the UK, winning one of the highest ratings of any consultancy under the Governmet Marketing Initiative. We have also formed as technology spin off company which has grown 100% p.a., giving us a real cutting edge in working with owner-managed and technology-based companies. 

Our Clients

Clients are from almost every market sector, giving us a valuable ability to transfer successful marketing tools from one sector to another. We have particular experience in working with service or technology-based companies selling business-to-business, and we are used to working with clients where financial and management resources are limited.

International development

We are partners with Transformational Business Network, a group of business people committed to using business to alleviate poverty around the world. Jerry Marshall heads up TBN work in the Palestinian Territories, which has been devastated by conflict, curfew, and closure. Working with the UK Foreign Office and local partners we aim to create 1000 jobs in the next 5 years.
